Essex County Council Collaboration Success

Amanda’s long standing collaboration with Essex goes back to 2009 when she was invited to take 500 care home leaders through her training. In their most recent collaboration, Amanda joined Lesley Cruickshank, Provider Quality Innovation Manager at Essex County Council to deliver 160 training packs, 160 books, 120 of Amanda’s award-winning films, four training days, and a key note speech at the Professional Care Workers’ Day to Care Homes across Essex. Amanda was also delighted to be invited to present the prestigious Essex County Council Prosper Care Awards.

Following the four successful training days, we are delighted to report 100% of participants said her resources would be very beneficial and 81.4% reported the workshop as excellent - the highest possible rating.
