Case Study: Essex County Council

Amanda’s longstanding collaboration with Essex County Council began in 2009, when she was invited to deliver training to 500 care home leaders.

In their most recent collaboration, Amanda worked alongside Lesley Cruickshank, Provider Quality Innovation Manager at Essex County Council, delivering:

  • 160 training packs

  • 160 books

  • 120 award-winning films

  • Four dedicated training days

  • A keynote speech at Professional Care Workers’ Day

Amanda was also honoured to present at the prestigious Essex County Council Prosper Care Awards.

Following the four successful training days:

  • 100% of participants said her resources would be very beneficial

  • 81.4% rated the workshop as excellent (the highest possible rating)
